hi friends...
how's your weekend?
Weekend is the ONLY time that i can really spend time with joe these days since he spends most of time at the hospital.
recently, i bought three cook books at the korean bookstore..
GUYS, there are so-o-o-o many great cook books out there..
but i recommend an italian cook book(written in korean) called, "The Italian food by Peng& PPang(it sounds like "bread" in korean)".
The authors are korean twin girls, majored in voice at EWHA woman's university, Seoul Korea and then they went to Italy to study for Italian food..
It's sort of interesting how they changed their major after they studied music.. but i consider the cooking is an ART! ehhe..
After they studied cooking in Italy, they went back home, Korea and opened an Italian restaurant named,"Peng&Ppang"
I havne't been their restaurant, but it seems like very nice..
anyways, the cook book is written in korean.. those of you who'd like to try an Italian cuisin tonight, go for a creamy pasta with chopped onion and smoked ham.
joe and i had it last night and it was so easy, simple and very tasty..
yes, i am in love with italian food these days... hehe.. happy that i am not bored anymore!!
bye bye.. everyone..i should go read more!!
