Friday afternoon and evening was Gyju's day. I neglected her these past 2 weeks because I needed to ace my radiology elective in order to secure a letter of recommendation. After my 2 finals and a presentation on friday morning, I drove home relieved and thankful for Gyju's support. So I decided to make Friday officially Gyju's day. This means she gets to do whatever she wants, go wherever she wants, etc. I open the door to my car as she enters and exits....likewise for doors to her favorite shops...you get the idea. Well I'm sure that any of you who know her can guess that she was so excited to be treated like the "princess" she is. But since Gyju's day actually started in the afternoon....I have to make up the other half of her day some other time....

Gyju claims that I ruined her mood whenever I criticized some of the items she showed me at various stores. In my defense, I only criticized the stuff that I thought was not made well, or lacked in functionality compared with other items. She says she's never gonna take me with her to Crate and Barrel ever.
