I just want to let everybody know how impressed I was with Gyju on my b-day this past week. I wasn't expecting anything big, but when I got home, I was greeted by some techno Korean version of the "Happy birthday" song blasting away. Then Gyju told me to go wash up and sit down at the dining table. First she brought me a salad...very interesting cuz it had almonds and cranberries in it topped by a balsamic vinagrette dressing. Next came the clam chowder soup...nice and creamy. The main course she prepared was filet mignon with a mushroom sauce along with mashed potatoes and onion strings...I thought I was eating at Cheesecake Factory or something. And before my belt was about to bust, I managed to down a slice of raspberry cheesecake. One of the best birthday meals I've had.... I feel so lucky and blessed to have a wife who cooks so well!!! Remember ladies, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach!
