Apologies to the handful of ppl that read this blog! We've been so busy moving our stuff into our new place....just recently got the internet up and running.

We're almost settled into our new apt...everytime I look out the window and I can see the lake, it feels so refreshing! How good it is to be in the city...
One drawback: PARKING, or lack of. One night last week, we got in around 11:30 because we were moving some stuff. Anyhow, I ended up driving around looking for street parking until 2 AM! Finally, I gave up and parked in a pay lot. We're supposed to get parking in our building garage, but the management hasn't been very helpful. The guy keeps promising that he can get me parking soon, but everytime I see him or call, there's an excuse. And from what I heard, it looks like the parking spots that are opening up have leaks in the ceiling above them...the last thing I need are mineral/rust stains on my car! But I'm desperate now...I think I'll take one of those spots.

Today was my first day of resident orientation. Had to fill out a bunch of paperwork for parking, insurance, etc. Can't wait for my first paycheck...I need cash now! I also got my doctor coats (they're light blue), and a free Sony Clie PDA sweeeet!!!
