Gyju's so good

As most of you know, I've been alone for the past few weeks since Gyju is visiting her family in Korea. But I'm doing alright so far. Gyju really did a fantastic job of preparing food and packaging it into meal sized portions and freezing everything! I just need to pull out my dinner from the freezer in the morning and put it in the fridge...by the time I come home, it's all thawed out. Just need to make a quick batch of rice and cook the food. The kalbi and the tonkatsu is so yummy. I feel so lucky to have a caring and talented wife!

But I can't wait til she comes home. It's lonely being in a place all to yourself. I'm so used to having someone to talk to every night before I go to sleep and laughing with someone as I watch a funny TV show. Feb 15th....counting down the days.
