A lot has happened since the last post.

We had a very windy night a couple weeks ago. So windy, it knocked down some scaffolding and a large pile of bricks from the side of our apt onto the street below. I first heard some creaking then crumbling as little bits were hitting our window AC unit (on the 17th floor!). Then a second later, there was this loud crashing noise. Gyju and I opened the window to see all this debris on the street with a few cars damaged pretty bad in front of the building. Luckily, no one was injured.

Kyle caught another cold this past weekend, from a sick kid at church we suspect. And what started off as a sore throat for me on Thanksgiving has now blossomed into a head cold....thanks a lot Kyle. Kids are a germ factory!

We went to the outlet mall this morning at around 10am. It was sooooo packed. People were parking wherever they could, even on the grass. Pretty crazy how post-Thanksgiving shopping is so busy. By the time we got there, most of the things I liked in my size were gone. Oh well...
